Shipping and Delivery Policy
All products purchased through this web site unless otherwise notated are purchased on a plus freight charge, which simply means that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Actual shipping charges are calculated based on several factors, including the weight of each product, origin zip code of where the product will be shipping from and destination zip code of where the item will be shipping to.
We negotiate shipping carriers to get you the best prices for your order. All shipping is done using the best available carrier.
If you believe your freight quote is too high, please place your order as is and immediately submit a ticket through customer support. We will verify freight and contact you. We will not place or fulfill your order until we are able to confirm shipping costs with you.
Many items on our site carry a logo for Free Shipping. Once an order is processed (usually in 1 business day), these items usually ship in fewer than 3 business days. Delivery can take an additional 3-5 business days depending on travel time and distance. Free Shipping may or may not include a free liftgate service (liftgate is explained below). Please see the item detail page to identify whether a particular item includes a free liftgate. Free shipping and liftgate services are available in the Continental US only and exclude Hawaii and Alaska.
We ship the majority of our smaller items (max of 100 lbs) through FedEx Ground or UPS. We do carry some products that, even though they don't exceed that weight, we must ship through Common Freight Carriers
We ship our Heavier Equipment through third party shipping companies. These carriers deliver your merchandise curbside. You are responsible for unloading the products off the truck and bringing them inside. "Lift Gate Service" will lower the products to ground level and off the carrier's truck. We also offer a "Call Before Delivery" option that will have the carrier call prior to delivery to schedule a delivery time that is good for you. Any additional services (that is, services other than those invoiced in the original order) authorized by the customer directly with the delivery carrier are additional charges and become the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to charge customers for any extra fees that aren't denoted on the original order. These charges include but are not limited to: residential fees, church delivery fees, school delivery fees, re-consignment fees, limited access fees, etc.
Inside Delivery means that the delivery company will bring the item inside your doorway rather than to the curb. The item must be able to fit through the doorway. If not, it will be left in front. The delivery company will not put the item in place, bring it upstairs/downstairs or uncrate the item.
If your business is located inside another business, the carrier will only deliver inside the main door. For example, if Cinnabon which is located inside the mall requests inside delivery, the carrier would bring the equipment inside the mall doors.
If your business is located at a residential address, the carrier will only deliver to the driveway or garage. The carrier will not deliver inside the residence.
White-Glove is our most convenient delivery option. Before delivery, a White Glove agent will call to schedule your appointment. When your item arrives, they will bring it to the room of your choice, unpack it, and remove all packaging materials. If you select White Glove with Removal, the delivery person will also remove your old piece of equipment. They will not install your new item. Please note that the White Glove service can add 2 or more business days to your delivery time. Obstacles such as steps and narrow doorways may add to the cost of the service.
